Fix Vista MBR which was previously managed by Grub

It's automatic, maybe the Active flag of the partition do the trick. While Grub try to take over MBR and the snippiest points the rest of boot sequence to the destinated partition, to restore MBR for Vista is fairly quick and easy.

Take out your DVD installation disk, boot from it and choose system mantenance. In command line interface, type:

bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /fixmbr

That's it. Now you can restart your PC, take out installation DVD and it should boot directly to Vista.
